🎟️ Building Ticketech: From Idea to Real Experience Over the past months, we’ve been working on something close to us: Ticketech — a project born from a simple observation… events in Algeria deserve better structure, better tech, and better experiences. What started as an idea quickly turned into real action: - Managing artists and collaborating with emerging talent 🎤 - Organizing and supporting events on the ground 🎪 - Building systems to handle ticketing, audience flow, and data 📊 - Learning (the hard way) how operations, marketing, and tech connect But beyond the “project,” Ticketech has been our learning lab. We faced real challenges: → Handling last-minute event chaos → Dealing with manual processes that don’t scale → Understanding user behavior (buyers, attendees, organizers) → Trying to introduce digital solutions in a still largely offline ecosystem And that’s where the real value is. 💡 What we learned so far: - Execution > ideas - The Algerian market has huge untapped potential in event tech - Automation and data are not a luxury — they’re necessary - Building something real forces you to think differently than in class We’re still early, still learning, still improving.
